PodoSystem 1 2D
 
This is a package offer for pododiatrists and orthopaedists who wish to create orthotics and insoles, easily and is specifically for entities with an average daily production of 1 to 5 pairs of insoles/orthotics.

It is a 2D system that is a combination of the PodoView Flatbed Scanner and its easy insole design software coupled with the PPsole tool path generator for the milling of the insoles/orthotics.

Milling is done on the MiniSole CPM, a stepping motor table top milling machine which mills a pair of orthotics at a time in the material of your choice .

The PodoSystem 1 2D is very easy to use and all of the components are designed to work perfectly and together with no connection problems. You can begin to produce your insoles on the first day. Installation and training are included in the package.

PodoSystem 1 3D

 
This is a package offer for pododiatrists and orthopaedists who wish to create orthotics and insoles using 3D input data easily. It is specifically for entities with an average daily production of 1 to 5 pairs of insoles/orthotics.

The PodoSystem 1 3D includes both a 2D and 3D scanner which have complimentary functions as well as CAD software for the design of complex orthotics coupled with the PPsole tool path generator for the milling of the insoles/orthotics.

Milling is done on the MiniSole CPM, a stepping motor table top milling machine which mills a pair of orthotics at a time in the material of your choice .

The PodoSystem 2 includes both a 2D and 3D scanner which have complimentary functions as well as CAD software for the design of complex orthotics coupled with the PPsole tool path generation software for the milling of the insoles/orthotics.

Milling is done on the MiniSole CPV, a servo motor table top milling machine which mills a pair of orthotics at a time in the material of your choice .

Milling is done on the MiniSole HSK, a servo motor table top milling machine which mills a pair of orthotics at a time in the material of your choice .
